Each of our office staff has personal experience in caregiving. Additionally, each one has spent their entire life in the San Gabriel Valley or Southern California. Hiring and managing caregivers takes experience and patience; we have built an office staff that is uniquely equipped to meet our clients’ needs.
We take responsibility for payroll taxes, social security, workers’ compensation, liability, and bonding on each of our caregivers. We also stay close to changing employment requirements with the State and Federal agencies. These compliance tasks are time consuming and expensive for families. We take this complication and risk out of your hands.
Our clients and caregivers enjoy 24-hour access to our office staff. In the event you need emergency coverage or a change in schedule, our office staff is available to promptly meet your needs. Upon the initiation of service, we provide instructions on how to reach us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Caregivers occasionally need time off. To ensure continual care, Visiting Angels keeps on-call caregivers available to you. We want you to know your loved-one is cared for; even when your regular caregiver isn’t available.
